So I am actually still running and I am getting further distances and my pace is getting better too. Ok so maybe this running stuff is going to work out.
So we have a month and a half to get up to our 5km race and distance... right now thinking not going to be ready yet but I am still going and won't stop until my asthma tells me otherwise. This weeks schedule is: (it's scary too) Brisk walk - 5min Jog - 20min Walk - 2min Jog - 20min walk - 2min Not going to lie and I felt like dying again... feeling frustrated with my asthma because my lungs fight me every step of the way but they don't start fighting till closer to the end when I am almost done. Here are my stats Ran 3.5km (2.19 miles) in 38min... not great but my pace is now down to 7.25 min/per mile.
