OK... I survived my first week. I am loving the exercise and the motivation to keep me going out.
This week is:
Jog 1min 30sec
Jog 1min 30sec and so on another 4 times.
Not too scary yet but yes I am feeling like I want to die today. Almost wanting to give up but knowing how much I wanted this I keep at it. I am doing this twice a week right now so I can get my lungs used to this. But on the days I'm not running I am doing tabatta exercises to help increase my lung capacity. If you haven't tried it you've got to. It is helping out big time. Also trying to learn this yoga stuff but I am so not coordinated to do this and am really glad I am doing this in the privacy of my own home. I couldn't imagine doing this in public right now... I never have been very graceful! hahaha
I am a single mom with one son that has been living with asthma since I was 2yrs old. I also almost died three times due to severe asthma attacks! I don't let my asthma stop me from accomplishing new goals and living life to the fullest.
